Luebbert believes there's a shortage of
B-26 Marauder 3D models out there, so
he is in the process of creating his
second aircraft using only ZBrush for the
whole process of modeling, topologizing
and texturing. His inspiration and source
of reference is his 90 year young
neighbor, Loyd, pictured left, who was
mechanic for his ship, the Sessanta
Nova, or number 69, that flew 99
missions in WWII. In its early wire frame
stage, there is a ways to go, but Loyd's
looking forward to his own rendered
digital original, and Luebbert will use the
model for other originals.
